Yoga for Self-Care at Una Vida

This class creates an opportunity to learn and practice caring for the whole person - physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Each class incorporates yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to build strength, flexibility, and well-being. It can be used as an addition to an established self-care routine or a way to start one. Anyone is welcome, with or without yoga experience.

This weekly class is held at Una Vida in Niwot, Colorado.
