Yoga and Mindfulness to Create Purpose in the New Year
Do you want to find your purpose and set your intentions for the New Year? Come to this three-hour workshop to relax the body and engage your mind in activities that will help you gain clarity on what you want, set meaningful intentions, and create achievable goals.

Restorative Yoga at Lashley Station
This 90-minute class is offered once a month (usually on the first Friday of each month) through Longmont Recreation Center at Lashley Station. We rest and relax in restorative poses with props for comfort and extra support. This practice deeply rejuvenates, heals, and restores balance in the nervous system and physical body.
We have a tradition of staying after class for tea and connecting with others. Please join us if you can.
Please bring your yoga mat, two blankets or thick towels, two blocks or books/boxes, and a strap or a belt. If you can, stay for a few minutes after the class for a cup of tea and to connect with other participants.

Winter Solstice with Restorative Yoga at Una Vida
On the Eve of Winter Solstice, we will set intentions to bring light, love, and peace into our lives and the world; we will pause, de-stress, and recharge to enjoy and be more present during the holiday season.
This mini-retreat will include restorative yoga poses, sound healing, candlelight, aromatherapy, mindful practices for self-care, and self-compassion in a cozy atmosphere that can calm the nervous system and relax the body.
At the end of class, we will gather in a circle to set intentions for the holidays and the New Year and enjoy tea with our mini-retreat community.

Holiday Tea and Yoga
This mini-retreat is designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore balance during the holiday season. It will include gentle and restorative yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.
