Mindful Stretch

This class aims to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It incorporates Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, fascia release, and core strength exercises, as well as breathing and mindfulness techniques. We will use various props, such as chairs, blocks, straps, and bolsters, to create a sense of safety and increase effectiveness. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

This weekly class is held at Una Vida in Niwot, Colorado and live-streamed on Zoom.
