Beginning of a 12-week Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance

This class meets every Tuesday for 12 weeks. Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance consists of eight forms derived from the traditional Tai Chi Yang Style. This program was developed to improve balance and prevent falling and injuries. It is very effective, but participants must commit to all 12 sessions.
