On the Eve of Winter Solstice, we will set intentions to bring light, love, and peace into our lives and the world; we will pause, de-stress, and recharge to enjoy and be more present during the holiday season.
This mini-retreat will include restorative yoga poses, sound healing, candlelight, aromatherapy, mindful practices for self-care, and self-compassion in a cozy atmosphere that can calm the nervous system and relax the body.
At the end of class, we will gather in a circle to set intentions for the holidays and the New Year and enjoy tea with our mini-retreat community.
