Do you want to find your purpose and set your intentions for the New Year? Come to this three-hour workshop to relax the body and engage your mind in activities that will help you gain clarity on what you want, set meaningful intentions, and create achievable goals.
The event includes:
• 90 minutes of yoga – gentle Vinyasa and Restorative
• Guided Visualization
• Art Meditation
• Creating Action boards
• Tea and healthy, homemade snacks
The number of participants is limited. Please register at least 24 hours before the event. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and your intentions, goals, and ideas for the new year. Tea and healthy snacks are provided.
