Yoga and Mindfullness Retreat

Are you looking for an opportunity to relax, recharge, rejuvenate, and heal? Join me for a one-day retreat at Izaak Walton in Longmont. The activities will include:
* Gentle Vinyasa yoga (in the morning)
* Restorative yoga (in the evening)
* Setting intentions
* Art meditation using your favorite form of expression (writing, reading, drawing, coloring, knitting, listening to the music, and meditating)

*Nature walk (if the weather permits)
* Healthy vegetarian lunch (you are welcome to bring your own)
* Hot tea
* Community

You will need a yoga mat, blanket or a thick towel, one or two blocks.
