Virtual Gratitude Yin Yoga

Whatever your plans for Thanksgiving, I invite you to pause, relax, and set the tone for the whole week before the holiday with a virtual Yin Yoga class. Join me on Monday evening before Thanksgiving from 6:30 to 7:30 PM Mountain Time.

For maximum experience, find a quiet space in your home, dim the lights, light a candle, and make yourself a cup of tea. You can also bring a journal or a piece of paper to write your gratitude note after the class.
