This Yin and Restorative Yoga class offers the transition from the winter and welcome spring energy. Yin yoga helps stimulate the lymphatic system and remove stagnation; restorative calms the nervous system so the body can relax, rejuvenate, and wake up to a new season.
All levels are welcome. Please have a mat, 2 blankets, a long firm pillow (or a yoga bolster), and two yoga blocks (substitute with books or boxes)
