Adult yoga class for all levels, abilities, and experience with yoga practice. The class starts with Vinyasa style (moving with the breath) practice at a moderate pace. It ends with Yin poses to allow the body and the nervous system to wind down for a restful night. Our intention for this practice is to deliver calm, relaxing, and rejuvenating space in the studio and inside your body through yoga postures, breathwork, and the gentle guidance of an experienced yoga teacher.
