Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance

12-week program, developed by CDC and Colorado Department of Health is based on eight forms derived from the traditional Yang style of Tai Chi. It is proven to improve balance, gait, and confidence; prevents falling through low-impact movements, weight shifting, postural alignment, and coordination. No previous experience with Tai Chi is needed. Must register for the 12 weeks and commit to minimum 80% participation in order to experience the results.
