Virtual Yoga for SVVSD

This class combines breathing, movement with the breath at moderate pace, and relaxation with yin and restorative poses. It is a perfect combination that warms up your body, releases tension, calms the nervous system, and helps you to feel balanced, grounded, and empowered. You will need a yoga mat, blanket or a thick towel, yoga block or a book/box, strap or a long belt.
