Virtual Yoga for Active Adults

This is all level class but practiced at a faster pace using more challenging poses. The goal for this practice is to strengthen the muscles, create more mobility in the joints and connective tissues, engage the core, and create internal heat. You will need a yoga mat, blanket or a thick towel, yoga block or a book/box, strap or a long belt.
