This 2-hour mini-retreat will help you to stay grounded, relaxed, and happy during the holiday season. We will use gentle and restorative yoga poses, breathing techniques, Tibetan bowls, candlelight, and aromatherapy, followed by holiday tea ceremony. Registration required through Longmont Rec Center.
Please bring your yoga mat and at least one blanket. Wear comfortable clothes and socks to stay warm and cozy. .
