Restorative Yoga at Yoga Pod

During this practic, we use conscious breathing, mindful body and mind connection, and long-held, passive postures supported by various props for maximum comfort. This class is safe for people with no yoga experience or on a healing journey and effective for experienced yogis and athletes as an addition to their physically active and challenging practice.

This class is held at Yoga Pod studio in Longmont.
