Virtual Restorative Yoga

You are here for a treat! This practice is deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and restoring mental, emotional, and physical balance. We use many props (bolsters, blankets, pillows, blocks, straps) to create maximum comfort to calm the nervous system so it can switch from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest” mode. I recommend this class to active individuals to “take a break and chill,” as well as others who are in need to restore their bodies’ natural healing power. You will need a yoga mat, 2-3 blankets (or thick towels), a bolster or a firm pillow, 2 yoga blocks or books/boxes, and a wash cloth.
