Virtual Thanks-Giving and Flowing

Everyone is welcome! We will move, stretch, and warm up at a comfortable pace using a gentle yoga flow. We will take long breaths and tune to our bodies, minds, and souls. Come and celebrate yoga, life, and each other.

It is my gift and the best way I know how to say THANK YOU! All you need to do is register and show up on your mat in the comfort of your living room. Please feel free to invite your friend or family from the same household or from across the country!

You will need a yoga mat and a blanket or a thick towel.
