Everyone is welcome! Please join me for slow, mindful, reflective, and healing practice to let go of what doesn’t serve you. Be prepared to quiet down the internal and external noise with long holds in yin postures and deep intentional breaths.
There is no charge to register for this class, but please support someone (or an organization) that needs help during this holiday season - give and receive.
You will need a yoga mat, a blanket or a thick towel, a bolster or a long firm pillow, a strap, and two yoga blocks or thick books.
