Yin Yoga is a slow, passive, reflective, and healing practice. It includes yoga postures held for 2-5 minutes, deep breathing, relaxing muscles, and looking for sensations in the connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones).
This class is dedicated to the people of Ukraine and Peace in the world.
You will need a yoga mat, a blanket or a thick towel, a bolster or a long firm pillow, a strap, and two yoga blocks or thick books.
