Virtual Fascia Release with a Foam Roller

This class is beneficial in releasing tightness in the connective tissue, increasing mobility, restoring the range of motion, and letting go of the emotional burden often stored in the fascia. We use foam rollers, tennis balls, specific yoga poses, and breath awareness to release tension, hydrate the facia, and stimulate the lymphatic system.
