Holiday Tea and Yoga

This mini-retreat is designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore balance during the holiday season. It will include gentle and restorative yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. You will also have an opportunity to experience visualization practice, art meditation, and sound healing with Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and candlelight, as well as holiday tea and healthy treats.

No yoga experience is necessary. Invite a friend or family to create a deeper connection.
