This 8- week program is based on yoga practice scientifically proven to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia, extend brain longevity, sharpen memory, and enjoy lasting health and wellbeing.
Each 60-minute practice includes:
• Kirtan Kriya – mantra meditation
• Kundalini and Hatha yoga postures
• Breathing techniques
• Setting goals and intentions
• Building supporting community
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or a cushion.
