Mindful Stretch with Gentle Yoga

This class is based on Hatha Yoga, practiced at a slower pace, and focused on breath and alignment. We use a variety of props to make the poses available to participants with all levels of fitness and experience. Expect to feel refreshed, stretched, and more confident after each class. 

This weekly class is held at Una Vida in Niwot, Colorado.
