Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance - first class of the 12-week program

The 12-week program, developed by the CDC and the Colorado Department of Health, is based on eight forms derived from the traditional Yang style of Tai Chi. It improves balance, gait, and confidence, preventing falling through low-impact movements, weight-shifting postural alignment, and coordination. Previous experience with Tai Chi or this specific program is not necessary but helpful.
