Restorative Yoga at Yoga Pod

During this practic, we use conscious breathing, mindful body and mind connection, and long-held, passive postures supported by various props for maximum comfort. This class is safe for people with no yoga experience or on a healing journey. It is also effective for experienced yogis and athletes as an addition to their physically active and challenging practice.

This class is held at Yoga Pod studio in Longmont.
