Yoga and Tea - Rest, Digest, and Restore Inner Balance 

Join me for a relaxing afternoon (or evening) with Yin and Restorative yoga and a mindful cup of tea. Pause and rebalance your nervous system, slow down to give your body the rest it deserves, and release what doesn’t serve you anymore. 

You will recharge and rejuvenate with detoxifying yin poses and relaxing restorative postures. In addition, the workshop will include conscious breathing to calm the nervous system, guided meditation to tone the vagus nerve and increase HRV (Heart Rate Variability), and a tea ceremony to practice mindfulness and experience the present moment.
